Staff Architects-3 Openings
We are looking for a creative Staff Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred.
- 3-7+ years of experience as a Staff Architect.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial/retail and schools.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
