Sr Structural Engineer (Team Leader)
My client, a very well respected engineering consulting firm, has an immediate need for a Team Leader to join their Structural Engineering Dept.
This person will be charged with ensuring all project deadlines are being met and executed in an efficient manner, they will support and oversee the project managers and designers and they will also be responsible for all keeping track of the budgets and all of the financials for the department.
REQUIRED:-
- BS/MS in Structural Engineering or related field
- PE Registration
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering consulting environment
- Excellent organizational skills are required to be successful in this role.
- Solid financial acumen -
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
- Ensure projects deadlines are being adhered too and within allocated budgets
- Strong business development skills
- Provide estimates and write specifications for upcoming projects.
- Excellent communication skills are key for this role
- Computer proficient (AutoCAD, Revit, Office, Costworks, SpecBuilder, Masterworks)
