Controls Engineer
A Top manufacturer is seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
- 4+ years of process controls engineering experience
- At least 25% travel expected
- Work with Customers
- Able to multitask
- Servicing and troubleshooting
- Experience with Servo Motor Controls is a plus
- Ethernet Network, PLC, HMI and DCS configuration
- HMI process improvement
- Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Chemical processing, Movable Bridge Controls, Pharmaceutical, Paper, RailRoad, Industrial Gas
- AutoCAD
- Historical process database: OSI PI system
- PLC's, HMI's, VFD's, SCADA programming & servicing Bailey, Honeywell, Rockwell/Allen Bradley
- FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Modicon, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, RS Logix, Schneider Electric, Siemens, GE Fanuc & Machine Edition, Intellution, GE Cimplicity
- Metering devices
- DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP
- PLC-5, ControlLogix 5000, HMI FactoryTalk
- Systems: Honeywell, Bailey, Rockwell Automation
- Process Instrumentation and Motor Control
- Allen Bradley screens/panels
- Train and lead junior engineers
- Fantastic oral and written skills
