Senior Level Architect or Interior Designer with Project Manager background for Corporate Interiors
Responsibilities
Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for corporate facilities
Monitor the design process from conceptual phase through construction
Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objectives
Develop, forecast and monitor project budget
Build and manage successful project teams
Serve as primary resource to clients on all project related issues
Provides technical support and project communications to team
Desired skills
BS and/or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience in Corporate Interiors
Experience managing projects in excess of 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
The ability to plan, organize, lead, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others
Prioritize work and develop solutions for complex problems
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent client management and leadership skills with Fortune 500 clients
The Project Manager for Corporate Interiors should be a creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the corporate workplace.
Keys - Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, Corporate Interiors, Project Management. Revit and AutoCAD skills are a plus. NCIDQ Certification and LEED Certification a plus.
