Job Details:
DevOps Engineer
A full time position is open due to growth and technical direction. Qualified candidates will have a similar background to the following:
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
Manage Kubernetes clusters with a mix of stateful and stateless applications
Manage AWS infrastructure
Automate/improve current processes
Experiment with cutting edge technologies to find new ways of solving problems
Required Skills:
Hands on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
Working knowledge of the AWS stack
Experience in containerizing applications using Docker
Hands on experience with Kubernetes and Helm
Experience with CICD tools such as Gitlab CI, Jenkins or Spinnaker
Comfortable with Git and familiar with the Gitflow process
Experience with at least one scripting language
Desired Skills:
Linux/Unix Administration
Experience with tracing micro-services with Jaeger
Monitoring experience with Prometheus and Grafana
Working knowledge of service meshes using Istio or Linkerd
Hands on experience with Kubernetes Stateful Sets and Portworx
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Production support experience
AWS certification
