Job Details:
Jr Project Manager /Scrum Master
This hands-on Project Management position.
This individual will also be responsible for working with IT departmental management to provide forward looking resource allocation planning, project budgeting, project delivery planning, and executive summary status reporting for their projects. Lastly, this role will provide input into the project lifecycle and methodology guidelines for the entire IT department to follow.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience providing hands-on project management within an Information Technology department
Minimum of 1 year experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies, operating in a Scrum Master role when necessary to decompose high level project requirements into actionable Sprints and deliverables for the project team.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholde
Minimum of 1 year experience using JIRA for Agile projects
