Electrical Instrumentation & Controls Engineer
Leading EPC firm seeks veteran E&I Controls Engineer with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC, HMI programming background :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical
- 7+ years of I&E engineering experience; Pulp & Paper required
- PE license preferred
- Medium & LV distribution equipment
- System and equipment grounding requirements
- SKM power tools for short-circuit and flash hazard
- Knowledge of generation and power factor correction
- PLC, HMI programming from scratch, commissioning, implementation: FactoryTalk, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA, Modicon, WinCC, iFix, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, Siemens, GE Fanuc, Emerson DeltaV, Proficy Machine Edition
- AutoCAD background
- PLC, HMI, SCADA programming from scratch
- Power Utilities, Chemicals, Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Critical Facilities, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, Packaging, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing experience
- VFD's; P&ID
- AutoCAD
- SCADA: Historian software
- Great client interaction skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel at times
