Sales Estimator (2 Openings)

Job Duties and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience evaluating mechanical, plumbing & HVAC drawings, schedules and specifications to identify the equipment we can provide
- Ability to read mechanical, plumbing, and control drawings.
- Manage bid lists and bid calendar to ensure quotes are completed in a timely manner prior to bid date
- Work in conjunction with outside sales reps to negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Provide technical assistance on equipment sold to ensure expected performance & results
- Good communication and written skills.
- Stable job history
