Job Details:
DeltaV Engineer
Automation engineering design, programming, and testing for configuration of the plant process control system (PCS) from conceptual design through commission and qualification. Provide project support activities such as design, implementation, changes, testing, trouble-shooting, and project management. Update automation functional specifications for automation lead approval, troubleshoot the PCS system and software, prepare automation change record forms and perform offline and online coding and testing. Troubleshooting of process, equipment, and system malfunctions or failures involving the PCS system.
Industry experience – Life Sciences - Biotech, Pharmaceutical, etc. cGMP manufacturing, pilot plants, laboratories, ASME Bioprocess Equipment, S88 Batch, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, Oil and Gas or others industries.
Key words – DeltaV Engineer, Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, DCS, PLC, MES, Emerson, Syncade, batch processing, cGMP, Process Control System (PCS).
If you have any of the following skills this is a plus. Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley PLC’s, RSLogix 5000/500/5, Studio, Factory Talk, etc. Wonderware System Platform, PanelView Plus, RSBizWare RSBatch, etc. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware).
Requires BS Engineering Degree or other degree, Associates Degree and/or work industry experience.
