Sr. Electrical Controls & Data Center Engineer
Premier Automation & Mission Critical Systems Integrator seeks lead Controls Engineer with Data Center and extensive PLC/HMI experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical or industrial technology
- 5+ years of process controls engineering
- Proven ability to lead a team of engineers & operate independently
- Must have Data Center experience; Can be either PLC based or DDC based experience
- Fast paced construction experience on very large jobs (around $5 million)
- Industrial HVAC experience (engineer that was with a mechanical contractor would be considered with the right experience)
- Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems, cooling towers, chillers, AHU's, Computer Room AH/AC's
- Experience in Data Centers, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling, Heating & Power
- PLC's, HMI's, SCADA, VFD system programming, design from scratch
- Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLC & HMI programming/design
- Schneider Electric/Modicon PLC programming/design
- SLC-500, RS Logix & ControlLogix programming & design
- FactoryTalk View, Siemens, Wonderware InTouch & Archestra, GE Fanuc
- Packaging, Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Process Controls experience
- Industrial HVAC, central plant utilities experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Client interaction skills
