Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer
This person will key the design, development, and implementation of the Manufacturing Execution Systems. Must have a strong knowledge and work experience in the Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries. Proficiency with MES and the ability to perform installation, troubleshooting, and configuration. Strong project engineering and management skills - design, software configuration, system integration and qualification testing. Knowledge and work experience of Automation and Control Systems Integration.
Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems. Support integration processes, equipment design, and quality standards with information technology to reduce downtime, keep track of regulatory compliance and efficiency gains. Support of manufacturing and reporting systems of electronic batch records, software and data maintenance of computer systems used for development, testing, and production.
Skills
Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer – MES Engineer
Support software and configuration required for external systems interfaces such as DeltaV, SAP, LIMS, and Maximo. MES technologies DeltaV and Syncade preferred. Database technologies is a plus. Exchange of information between ERP and MES systems.
Integration of enterprise and control systems. Equipment and procedures. Automation and Control Systems Integration. Automation and Controls of machines and devices.
