Automation Engineer DeltaV
Automation engineering design, programming, and testing for configuration of the plant Process Control System (PCS) from Conceptual Design through Commission and Qualification project phases. Provide project support activities such as design, implementation, changes, testing/debug, trouble-shooting, and project management. Update automation functional specifications for automation lead approval, troubleshoot the PCS system and software, prepare automation change record forms and perform offline and online coding and testing. Troubleshooting of process, equipment, and system malfunctions or failures involving the PCS system.
Key words – Automation Engineer, DeltaV, DCS, PLC, MES, Automation Solutions, Emerson, Syncade, batch processing, cGMP, Validation, Process Control System (PCS).
Additional bonus skills will be Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley PLC’s, Siemens PLC’s S7 Systems, SCADA, HMI’s, GE iFIX, ABB, KUKA, FANUC or other robotics.
Work experience in the Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, etc. is a plus. Other industries are welcomed such as Food and Beverage, Consumer products, Oil & Gas, etc.
