Electrical Controls Engineer (50-75% travel)
Leading Automation Systems Integrator seeks Controls Engineer willing to travel at least 65-75%.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical
- PE preferred
- 4+ years of controls engineering experience; Material Handling conveyor systems
- Technical Leadership/Project Management
- PLC's, HMI's, VFD, SCADA programming & design experience
- Experience programming PLC's to support MHE equipment operations
- PLC programming from scratch: Rockwell/Allen Bradley MicroLogix, SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, FlexLogix, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA, Siemens, Modicon, Schneider Electric, GE Fanuc
- HMI: FactoryTalk View SE, RSView, Intellution iFix, VTScada, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA
- SCADA: Proficy Historian, iHistorian
- Rockwell Historian, GE Proficy Historian, Intellution iHistorian databases
- Allen Bradley Panel View use/programming AB Servo and AB VFD drives
- Material Handling/Conveyors, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Cogen Plants, Data Centers, Combined Cooling, Heat and Power
- P&ID's, AC/DC
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Superior client interaction skills
