ARCHITECTURAL JOB CAPTAIN
Northern NJ based architecture & design firm is seeking a degreed Job Captain to join their growing team.
Architectural Job Captain Responsibilities:
Collaboration with project team to produce construction document drawings.
Review of shop drawings per project specifications and drawings review and respond to requests for information (RFIs), Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs).
Construction Document production in AutoCAD, Revit.
Research of building materials and systems, building codes, regulations, etc.
Develop details that are consistent with the design direction, and support the overall quality of the project
Coordinate disciplines including Structural, MEP, Civil, Fire Protection and Landscaping
Documenting client communications as needed.
