Business Systems Analyst
Our client located in Dover, DE is seeking a Business Systems Analyst that has a strong background in Utility Billing. This position is responsible for supporting Customer Care Solutions as well as the team that is building and maintaining them. They will analyze and process the data, work on reporting and documentation and administration of systems. Must have experience with Customer Information and Billing Systems (CIS).
Qualifications:
- Experience with reporting and extrating data to create reports in SQL
- 5+ years experience with system support and at least 3 years experience with CIS systems
- At least 1 years of experience working in the Utility industry
- Understanding of application management
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, SQL
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
