Engineering & Construction Project Administrator
Premier Automation Controls Systems Integrator seeks experienced project administrator to coordinate operating procedures for the engineering and construction business:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Primavera P6 project management software preferred
- 2+ years of control systems (I&C) project coordinating experience preferred
- 3+ years relating to project engineering or construction management project coordination/administration
- Material tracking, shipping and receiving
- Manage records for proposals and projects
- Process business system paperwork, orders / invoices
- Program/Project Management experience
- Purchase materials, equipment; Expedite to job sites
- Submittals, estimates for purchases
- Quotations, negotiating contracts
- Drop Box, A360 (AutoCAD), Pro Core document sharing
- Knowledge of resource scheduling, change orders, project management principles
- Examine quality of materials
- Organize inventory; facilitate returns
- Superior computer skills, able to set up and manage directories
- Microsoft office; particularly strong MS Excel background
- Strong client interaction skills & work ethic
- Knowledge of MS Project or MS Access a plus
