Senior Commercial HVAC Technician
Philadelphia-based HVAC mechanical contractor is looking to hire a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for commercial service projects.
The qualified candidate(s) must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and have good customer communication skills.
Qualified Applicants must have:
OSHA 10 Certificate (minimum)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50 – 75 lbs from floor level.
A desire for service excellence
Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Commercial HVAC Technician will primarily be responsible for performing routine & emergency service, cleanings, maintenance, and safety inspections on commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Applicant must be experienced and capable of performing service on oil burners, natural and propane gas-fired equipment, furnaces and air conditioning systems. Experience with air to air heat pumps, and packaged roof-tops/VAV boxes. Position will also be involved in new system installations as needed. HVAC system 10+ Ton, Package Chillers, additionally advanced controls experience is extremely helpful.
