Besides the management experience, candidate has to put together a team ( Quality, Production, etc). of over 100 people reporting to him or her. Personality, great leadership, hands on in joining EHS groups etc. will lead him to a bigger role in the future. Individual should have come out a giant fab custom shop where by being familiar with welding, fabricating, assembling, painting , cutting, shearing etc. This is a key position for the ambitious person who wants to grow with the company
