Computer Software & Electrical Controls Engineer
Respected Systems Integrator seeks Controls Engineer with computer software development skills (I.E. VB.Net or C# programming), motion controls, vision, robotics as well as writing PLC, HMI code from scratch:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical
- Excellent knowledge of process control strategies and systems
- Experience installing automation systems
- Ability to read P&I diagrams; Familiarity with I/O control networks; Field Sensors
- Computer hardware, software, database and networking skills
- Computer systems setup, implementation
- VB.Net / C# programming
- AutoCAD
- Operator Interfaces using systems such as Allen-Bradley PanelView’s and Red Lion HMI's or Proface HMI
- 3+ years of controls engineering experience
- Wonderware SCADA experience & certification in Wonderware System Platform
- PLC's, HMI, VFD and/or DCS programming
- PLC: Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Omron, DeltaV, FactoryTalk, Wonderware
- Siemens Step 7, WinCC, Allen Bradley RSLogix, SLC-500, SLC-5000, GE-Fanuc, LM-90, Reliance Automax, C, MatLab, Arduino Micro-Controller, PSpice, OrCAD, Eagle, Altium, AutoCAD, Punch ViaCAD
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Material Handling, Water/Wastewater
- Visual Basic & Windows Server Deployment
- TCP/IP network, Domain & Network Security
- Database Programming and Configuration
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Client interaction skills
