Engineering Manager - Structural - Civil Engineering

My client is looking to add a Engineering Manager for their Civil and Structural Engineering Department. Candidates must have 5+ years in Heavy Industrial. Must heavy industrial consulting experience. Professional Engineer license is required. Lead and support other engineers and designers. Candidates must be able to manage the design process from inception to completion and be able to handle cost estimates. Must be able to handle scope of work, Schedules, Design reviews etc.
