Automation Controls Engineer
We are looking for an Automation Controls Engineer with a thorough understanding of Rockwell Automation/Rockwell Software and the line of Allen Bradley automation controllers and associated I/O and networking products.
You will be responsible for process automation control systems projects. Process Controls, Project Engineering, Electrical Design, Process Design and Engineering. PC Hardware and Software. Hands-on design, installation, troubleshooting and set-up. Provide control systems design and development for systems of varying complexity. Develop alternative system solutions to meet client and industry requirements. Interface with customers to define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned work. The ability to travel locally 10-30% with minimal overnight. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Industry experience – Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, and/or others, etc.
Skills - Rockwell Automation/Rockwell Software/Allen Bradley - Studio 5000, Rockwell Automation, PLC’s, Ladder-logic, Rockwell Factory Talk, ME/SE Studio, Factory Talk Viewpoint, AutoCAD, etc. Motion Controls, Machine Vision, VFD, Firmware, etc. SCADA, HMI, Ethernet IP, 3rd party connectivity, etc. Control Logix, PLC5, SLC500, RSView, PanelView Plus, RSBizWare RSBatch, etc. Other Siemens S7, SIMATIC, GE iFIX, Modicon. SCADA and HMI packages (Intellution, and Wonderware). Tridium BAS/HVAC.
