A national market leader based in the Lehigh Valley has an urgent need for a Cyber Security Operations Manager. This is a full time role with a highly respected company, offering a very competitive base, bonus, and benefits.
About the role:
You will be the first overseeing security engineers focused on thread detection and mitigation, and identifying potential security threats.
Qualified candidates will meet these general qualifications:
- Extensive leadership and people management experience in a security environment
- Ability to identify and oversee the implementation of security protocols
- The ability to effectively communicate to internal stakeholders
- Threat detection and mitigation
- SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight)
- CISSP and other pertinent security certifications
- IPS IDS
