Job Details:
Our Philadelphia area client is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and detail-oriented candidate to be a member of the Customer Success team that will assist in making champions out of our clinical partners.

-- You have 3+ years experience in health care software/technical implementation, customer success and/or project management
-- You are just as adept at solving difficult user challenges as you are at building rapport with customers and managing relationships
-- You have a strong understanding of health care personas, including doctors, support staff, and their patients
