Customer Success Manager - Supply Chain
This job exists to provide pre and post-sale support for software solutions in the Supply Chain Management space.

Accountabilities:
1. Commanding a deep understanding of our customer’s challenges, promotes our software  portfolio in the market by leveraging their expertise to meaningfully assess customer needs and drive new business sales and increase revenue in targeted accounts
2. Developing, managing and executing against an account plan to drive adoption of our software as well as securing new business
3. Working closely with extended sales teams to drive new business and upsell/retain existing customer base
4. Understanding the market, customer’s data structure, and processes
5. Developing strong relationships with key influencers and key end users in targeted accounts
6. Leveraging said relationships to achieve business objectives resulting in better utilization of products and services by the customer as well as improved positioning within the account from both a retention and expansion perspective
7. Probing customers for relevant information critical to moving the deal forward and communicating firm knowledge back to the greater account team
8. Fully managing the implementation process for all solutions sold  
9. Product training and specific applications to customer’s industry, department, and role needs
10. Driving adoption and utilization within assigned accounts
11. Utilizing and reinforcing all required processes, tools and systems
12. Additional duties as required

Procurement, supply chain, consulting, customer service
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of successful pre/post sales and/or consulting experience with complex software solutions

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Demonstrated ability to successfully probe for data or clues that will allow for effective problem resolution
3. Ability to work cooperatively within a team and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational business objectives
4. Ability to build strong, enduring relationships to establish a network of individuals who can provide information, help or access to others
5. Can work at a fast pace, is self-motivated, and proactive
6. Strong business acumen to have command and control over business portfolio
7. Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
8. Understanding and expertise in computer hardware and software including Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and the Internet
