Electrical Automation Controls Engineer
Respected Automation Systems Integrator seeks Controls Engineer with background in Process Controls:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical
- 4+ years of process controls engineering experience
- Technical Leadership/Project Management
- PLC's, HMI's, SCADA, VFD programming experience
- PLC programming from scratch: Rockwell/Allen Bradley MicroLogix, SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, FlexLogix, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA, Siemens, Modicon, Schneider Electric, GE Fanuc, DeltaV
- HMI: FactoryTalk View SE, RSView, Intellution iFix, VTScada, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA, Red Lion and Iconics
- SCADA: Proficy Historian, iHistorian
- Rockwell Historian, GE Proficy Historian, Intellution iHistorian databases
- Food processing, Oil & Gas, Process Controls Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical & Medical, Water/Wastewater, Bio Fuel, Central Plant Utilities, Cogen Plants, Data Centers
- P&ID's, AC/DC
- Honeywell HC900 a plus
- Ability to use Digital Volt/Ohm Meters and transmitter simulators
- Ethernet Network System knowledge
- AutoCAD
- Ability to travel at least 25%
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders
- Tremendous client interaction skills
- Candidate must be comfortable traveling 50% or more (overnight travel)
