My client is highly regarded in the Building Automation and Energy Management world. Seeking a Building Automation Project Manager to get involved with small projects. This could also be a Senior Technician who wants to get to the next level. Additional details include:
Responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of fast track control systems projects. Fast track projects are identified by the BAS Manager and will typically be jobs less than $50,000 with limited programming and wiring requirements.
Responsible for fast track project execution including project management, electrical installation management and all BAS software requirements including programming and graphics. Provides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation. Task will include 100% of the project management, the majority of the BAS programming/graphics. Wiring will be handled by this position using internal wiring resources or subcontractors.
