HVAC Service Technician
As a HVAC Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and installing commercial HVAC and related equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining HVAC systems for commercial projects.
- Maintaining tools, supplies and equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment
- Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
- Following all safety requirements
- Maintaining project expenses through planned courses of action
- Keeping appropriate records
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
- Valid drivers’ license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication and documentation skills
