IT Manager
I'm seeking an IT Manager for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the Philadelphia area. This is a great opportunity for those who live in the city and enjoy working in the city. Working alongside of the IT Director, this position will be responsible for managing the application and database development plans and projects as well as the team of developers and analysts. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management with focus on Applications, Database, Business Intelligence projects
- Resource Management
- Managing multiple projects and priorities at a time
- Assist in developing strategy, departmental goals and overall direction for Application and Database projects
- Assist with hiring, mentoring and evaluating staff performance and satisfaction
- Great communication, organization and leadership skills
