Resident Engineer
Nationally known award winning design build firm who is seated in the heart of New York City is looking for a top notch Resident Engineer.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related.
- 5-10 plus years experience working on bridges, buildings, infrastructure, and sustainability.
- Interest in working on green and sustainable projects.
- Manage, coordinate, budget, and project administration experience
- 5 plus years experience working on NYC projects.
- 5 plus years experience working on heavy construction on all aspects of inspection and design.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction, including project management, estimating, and cost control.
- PE in NY is highly preferred.
- Prepare and process submittals.
- Assist in bidding, scheduling, and supervision of construction projects.
- Team player with good communication skills.
