Field Electrical Controls Technician
REQUIREMENT: 100% travel
Renowned Automation Solution provider seeks:
- Technical Certification/Associates degree
- 4+ years of controls technician experience
- PLC's, HMI, SCADA, VFD programming
- Hydraulics, pneumatics, AC/DC
- Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, DeltaV, GE Fanuc, Factory Talk, Wonderware Intouch & ArchestrA, Modicon, Schneider Electric
- Performs a variety of instrumentation services, troubleshooting, calibration, and testing
- Troubleshoots instrumentation functionality & I/O operation
- Repairs instrumentation, typically involving calibration using a variety of meters and tools
- Semiconductor, Water/Wastewater, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing experience preferred
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of test apparatus & peripheral equipment
- Assists with a variety of related installation and maintenance projects for automating large industrial processes
- Install new instrumentation and calibrates to specifications using schematics and drawings
- Manually redline drawing
- Mechanically inclined
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to interact with clients if necessary
