Kronos System Manager
My client has a full time opening for a Kronos System Manager. Role will involve the following:
- Manage Kronos systems configuration
- Requirements definition
- Implementation of new functionality
- Standardize process and set-up across multiple decentralized Payroll teams
- Create and control standardized pay rules, profiles pay codes, queries etc
- Kronos configuration
- Guidance and coaching to Payroll Managers when need be
- Oversight of team responsible for payroll tax compliance
- Payroll tax experience and ADP experience is a plus
- Role will have 3 direct reports
