Cost Engineer Estimator
Automation Systems Integrator seeks a candidate responsible for preparing contract proposal estimates, includes determination of project plans and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance
- MBA, Master's preferred
- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Pre-sale, quoting and system designing role to assist in designing engineered solutions
- Quarterly cost and expenditure reports for project management
- Prepare forecast estimates; Monitor job cost data and schedule to assure budget
- Analyze project specifications to prepare time, materials, and labor estimates.
- Ability to travel locally, nationally, internationally may be required
- Expert proficiency with MC Office Suite, Outlook, etc.
- Bill of materials (BOM) on projects for quoting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently or in a team environment
- Superior client interaction skills
