Plumbing & Fire Protection Department Head
My client, an excellent A&E firm have an immediate need for an experienced Senior level Plumbing & fire Protection Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a consulting environment.
This individual will be expected to lead the team in their plumbing & fire protection design efforts, manage projects, provide leadership and mentor-ship.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS - Mechanical Engineering
- CPD is mandatory for this role
- PE highly desirable
- Strong understanding of all applicable codes (IBC, National Fuel Gas code, National Plumbing Code & NFPA 13)
- Business Development and proposal writing skills
- Strong AutoCAD MEP experience - design experience in various sectors to include:- retail, R&D, data centers, education, healthcare industries, etc
- Revit would be nice
- LEED Certification knowledge /LEED Accreditation
