Our client is Real Estate Development firm, specializing in the construction of Retail, shopping centers, & Mixed-use projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Project Manager. Candidate MUST be located in Long Island NY.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience on retail & strip malls.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
