Our firm is strong and growing. We are recruiting for a Project Architect with 1 to 8 years’ experience working on Healthcare projects .
Desired skills, experience, and background.
Project Architect – Healthcare Projects
Manages all phases of a project with demonstrated technical expertise on various projects. Supervise small to large teams, produces, delegates and coordinates the work. Reviews and approves the work with all internal and external team members. Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversees construction document production and management of BIM model.
Coordinates with Project Managers on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to the desired work plan. Understands the required scope of work and is accountable for the team’s execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible manner. Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants. Construction Administration experience. Experience in design, management, and project planning.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through and accuracy. Professional growth, along with competitive salary and benefits packages.
Requires Bachelors’ degree in Architecture. Requires Revit for BIM experience. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3D Max, Photoshop.
