FPGA Design Engineer
Job Description:
Our client has a job opportunity for a FPGA Engineer. This opportunity is to become a member of the Hardware Team. Extensive experience with current vendors, tools and processes is a requirement. Engineer will perform research, modeling, simulation and implementation of advanced signal processing and computer architecture concepts and technologies. Engineer will participate in all design lifecycle sub-processes, including: specification, architecture design, build, documentation and testing.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors or higher and minimum of 6 years of FPGA hardware design experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
*Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, PCI-E protocols and x86 architecture is required
*FPGA design, driver and API
• Working knowledge of Computer Architecture and Operating Systems
• Experience in Programming, especially experience with x86 Assembly, and C
