Continuous Improvement Manager
My client is seeking candidates for a full time CI Manager role in the Lansdale area.
Duties:
- Responsible for sustaining Continuous Improvement, process improvement and productivity
- Oversee and manage cross-functional teams
- Implement and support LEAN methodology/tools
- Responsible for increasing efficiency within Operations, Quality, HR and procurement
Requirements:
- 7+ years in operations and/or manufacturing environments
- 2+ years in Lean / CI / Six Sigma
- Past experience in cGMP, Pharma environment
- Exp in Quality Assurance is a plus
BONUS
Six Sigma or LEAN Blue Belt or higher
