- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical or industrial technology
- 3+ years of controls engineering experience
- Ability to train/lead a team of junior engineers
- Technical Leadership/Project Management experience
- PLC's, HMI, SCADA programming & design from scratch
- FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Modicon, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, DeltaV, Siemens
- Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, Manufacturing experience
- Ability to travel
- Client interaction skills
