Job Details:
Electrical Engineer, PE
- Looking for five years of relevant electrical engineering design and construction experience with a NYS PE License for 2 Broadway TBTA Engineering & Construction, Program Support Services
- Advance knowledge of building electrical codes and thoroughly familiar with NEC, NFPA, IEEE and UL standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design and practices with experience in medium to large scale electrical power distribution, controls and lighting systems design.
- Proficiency in various computer software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required, and CAD (MicroStation) is desirable.
- Commanding knowledge of construction methods and field experience are desirable.
- Familiarity with the Authority and its electrical systems requirements is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet the time constraints with limited resources.
- Must be a self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate effectiveness in personal interaction with peers, clients and consultants/contractors.
