Structural Engineer or Architect

Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or other engineering discipline.
- P.E. in is highly preferred.
- 8-15+ years’ experience working with structural design calculations for buildings.
- Building Restoration, building envelope, and Façade experience.
- Experience working on projects-commercial, mixed-use, schools, etc.
- Passion and enthusiasm for creativity.
- Good with NYC Building Codes.
- Ability to interact with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
