Lead User Experience UX Designer

Qualified candidates will have similar experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Computer Science, Psychology or similar field preferred
- UX/UI design experience designing websites, and mobile and digital applications.
- Exceptional thought leadership and UX design vision skills, including expert analytical, strategic, and conceptual design skills
- Deep knowledge of UX design tools for prototypes, wireframes and visual design.
- Strong understanding of and experience with Agile and/or Scaled Agile (SAFe)
- Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and strategic business goals
- Experience working across an organization; confidence and comfort working with people throughout the organization
- Ability to create solutions based on established patterns and defend your ideas and designs; effectively challenge assumptions and conventional wisdom
- Must be accessible, friendly, patient, and adaptable
- Examples of projects highlighting design
