Job Details:
My client is a well regarded Specialty Construction firm that does a lot of HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing as well as general construction. They are a union firm doing sky line changing type multi-million dollar projects. They are seeking an experience buyer in purchasing HVAC and Plumbing subcontracts and equipment purchasing. Must have HVAC and Plumbing systems knowledge and be one organized and detailed individual! Review scopes and write contracts and purchase orders. Must have NYC experience.
