My client is a highly regarded MEP Consulting engineering firm. They seek an Integrated Technology Designer. Details are as follows:
The Firm is currently in
search of a Senior Technology Designer. The designer must have recent experience in the design of
voice and data communications systems, audio visual systems, electronic security systems, and/or
other Information Transport Systems. This position is responsible for design, drafting, and
specifying of complex building technology systems. Applicants must be self-motivated, enjoy a
collaborative environment and have experience with AutoCAD or Revit, and Microsoft Office.

The Senior Technology Designer, is responsible for designing all aspects of building technology
systems including but not limited to:
· Horizontal and Backbone cabling, Telecommunications Grounding, PA/Intercom/Clock
systems, Data Center and/or Telecommunication Room Layouts and Rack Elevations,
Electronic Security systems (Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection,
Intercom), Audio-Visual systems, and other technology systems as required. Also:
- 3-5 years of experience
- RCDD certification a plus
- Revit capabilities a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and client interface skills
