Job Details:
My client is looking for a BIM Coordinator with excellent Revit skills. They are a large union specialty contractor that works on skyline changing construction projects! Additional duties are:
BIM-CAD Operator – Coordinator
A local mechanical contractor and design build outfit is looking to fill multiple positions.
Draw and coordinate on a large variety of new construction projects based on information derived from MEP construction drawings. Typically drawing/coordination work includes 3d modeling of Mechanical, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining project files
- Preparing documents and reports
- Shop drawing review and deposition
- Data and document entry into various platform
- CAD/Revit
- Assistant management as directed
- System load calculations
- Strong knowledge of plumbing/ piping
- Read and interrupt project specifications and submittals
