Construction Superintendent – Commercial & Ground-up Experience
Our client is a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, specializing in the ground-up construction of Commercial, Higher Education, Data Centers & Warehouse projects (tilt & panelized). We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Superintendent.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience as a Superintendent in Office, Medical, & similar commercial projects
- Experience taking a project ground-up through completion
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Good with coordinating subs
- Hands on & technically strong as well as strong leadership skills
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
