Construction Project Manager
Our client is a Highly Reputable Construction Firm (GC), specializing in the construction of Office, Industrial, Retail, shopping centers, Multi-Family, & Mixed-use projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Project Manager.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of “Ground up” projects
- Familiar with NJ Regulations and government red tape
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
