My client is seeking a highly skilled I.T. Field Engineer (Support Technician) to help support their client base.
The main responsibilities of this role are identifying, documenting and troubleshooting computing issues to resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft Certified status
• Experience with HP, Dell and Server technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide status updates
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation
