Project Manager (Steel Projects)
One of the top Steel Contractors in NJ has an immediate need for a Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties:
- Worked as a Project Manager for 5+ years for a Steel Contractor.
- Conceptual budgeting/planning based on plans and specs.
- Ability to work as a Project Manager on steel projects-Schools, Health Care, Retail, and retail projects.
- Ability to filed measure.
- Experience working with structural steel projects.
- Oversee steel trade sub-contractors, engineering drawings, and construction contracts.
- Develop cost-effective erection plans and schedules for completion projects.
- Team Leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
