Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing plants (paper mills, aluminum or steel mills, steel fabrication, chemical plants, equipment or automotive assembly factories or petroleum processing factories )
- Strong practical experience troubleshooting and repairing large industrial hydraulic systems, motors, mechanical drives and gearing
- 2+ years of prior, verifiable leadership experience as a maintenance lead, supervisor or manager
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical diagrams and drawings
