Data Management Manager
Role:
As a Data Management Manager, you'll be responsible for working with the Senior Manager to help supervise data professionals (Data Analysts, Architects, etc.) as well as helping align strategies and objectives for the overall organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Manager to help align the business' strategies and needs for all information management programs
- Responsible for all data, data governance, syntax, data mining, analytics, visualizations, etc.
- Coach, train, mentor staff. This include performance metrics and reviews
- Direct and manage the team's investigations, systems monitoring, systems reporting, etc.
- Manage resource availability for all projects related to data management
- Work cross functionally with the finance departments to ensure resource costs, budgets, and finances are in line with projects
- Be the key voice across the organization for all data management and analytics services
- Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA or Master is a plus
- 4+ years of prior relevant data and information management expeirence
- 2+ years of prior management experience is required
- Prior project management methodology is a preferred
- Certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Etc.)
Must me a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
